The Consulting Group will audit your organisation’s IT spend, for free, and identify where you can make cost reductions. Our ‘no savings, no fee’ philosophy means you don’t pay unless we deliver.

We ask you to provide a detailed specification of the product or service you wish to purchase (preferably by part code).

We will then assign a dedicated Buyer who will take your current planned, budgeted and authorised IT spend, evaluate your proposal and identify areas where we can make cost savings. You should receive a detailed report back to you within 72 hours.

Once you approve the report, we start our negotiations with your suppliers. This usually results in savings of at least 10%.

We promise that, unless you ask us to, we will never change or contact your supplier, adjust your specifications or change your service levels. As professionals we aim to minimise the time you and your staff spend giving us information and briefing us. We will never charge fees until you’ve formally accepted our offer to make the savings we’ve identified.
