We provide coaching to managers and executives, both individually and as teams. The Consulting group work with coaching clients:

Who are about to or have just engaged in a significant change of role or responsibilities

Who are tackling a major challenge within the organisation

Or who are ‘stuck.’

We engage our clients in a discovery process that enables them to reframe their situations and, in so doing, to generate insights upon which they can draw to develop and apply new ways of working and thinking.
All coaching is delivered by practitioners who are grounded in relevant organisational practices and also experienced in drawing upon theories and models in ways that engage and make sense to the particular client within their environment.

The Consulting Group offer coaching for individual and team leadership and for professional development; we do not offer ‘life coaching,’ although we do have clients who return to us from time to time for coaching, or organisational consultancy or research.
